「體感觀測」2025陳昱凱個展

陳昱凱個展《體感觀測》呈現了昱凱在衝浪時，身體五感全然感受到的浪的拍擊、風的拂面、日光的照耀與海的氣味。

作品中那些浪花、迷霧或潮汐等自然現象，皆象徵著人類無法掌控的自然現象。陳昱凱著迷於一種不可控的狀態，讓創作始終圍繞著一種未知的動能做發展。*

在作品裡，他以感性回應自然的無常，運用自由、直覺且動態的筆觸，揮灑出他所感知到的風、浪、雪、深谷、草原與陽光。

Chen Yu-Kai’s new works draw from his surfing experience, where the body fully engages with waves, wind, sunlight, and the ocean’s breath.

Natural phenomena such as spray, mist, and tides embody the uncontrollable forces of nature that fascinate the artist. Captivated by this unpredictability, he develops his practice around an unknown energy.

Through free, intuitive, and dynamic brushstrokes, Chen responds to nature’s impermanence, translating sensations of wind, waves, snow, valleys, plains, and sunlight into vivid, ever-changing landscapes.
