From CHIU 's works, one can grasp a creative style and philosophy of "innovation rooted in tradition." The content of his paintings is primarily inspired by Chinese art history, drawing from a wide range of sources. He blurs the boundaries between opposing dualities, such as ancient and contemporary, traditional and innovative, ink and new media, while using art as the starting point, attempting to interweave and fuse them.
